LE66 Collaboration – Sandy Liang Ina Tweed dress

Hey guys, Hope you guys have been having a great week! I wanted to post this look yesterday, but I had a terrible migraine and changed plans 🙆 Anyway today I am sharing the first of the two looks I created with LE66, I am so happy to have had the opportunity to collaborate with this amazing brand and share them with you today! LE66 is a Parisian concept store located in City Walk that houses over 200 designers, all under one roof. They have everything from men’s fashion to women’s fashion and some really funky accessories and shoes too! I visited the store with my little sister and what we loved about the place was the variety of pieces. Bold prints, geometric shapes, bright coloured palettes and a uniquely curated list of items that you definitely won't find elsewhere! I wanted to pick out two outfits, but I liked ...

Velvet & Nets ft. Amal Al Raisi

Hey guys, Hope you guys had a great weekend! Can you believe the DSS sales are over? There have been some amazing deals this year; I can’t wait to see what the next sales will bring, I am always ready to shop 🙈 So in today’s post, I am featuring this amazing dress by Amal Al Raisi, you might remember her from my Eid Look. This beautiful velvet dress is from her AW 17/18 collection which is one of my favourites so far. The entire collection features velvet, tulle, minimal embroidery and shades of navy blue, white, blush and maroon. It literally could not have represented Autumn/Winter any better than this. It’s a very minimal collection in terms of design, but it still looks grand because of the elaborate use of velvet. Anything velvet is always grand, right? 💁 Check the whole collection out here – AW 17/18 Collection By ...

Tulle Condition ft. HZ by Hissa Zainal

Hey guys, Hope you are having a great week! I wanted to post this look before I left for Bali but things got so crazy with last minute things to do before I left. But hey better late than never! Today I am featuring this lovely tulle dress from HZ by Hissa Zainal who is an award winning Qatari designer. Choosing something from her collection was rather difficult cause all her designs are so feminine, but with a dash of creativity (just my style), so I pretty much wanted to get everything 🙆.The tulle/mesh trend has made quite the comeback this year; there was a point where every other top in Zara had an element of mesh to it. I am not complaining cause I really do like this trend, let me know what you think about it in the comments below 👇 I picked this dress cause I absolutely ...

Oppa Gingham Style

(hmm...is the post name too cheesy? probably. But Gingham skirts though) Hey guys, How has your week been? I have just been busy getting back on the blogging and job searching grind that I would rather not comment on haha. So, this week I am back with another fashion post featuring a gingham print skirt that I am in LOVE with. So much so that if I could wear it every day, I probably would.I shot this look when I was in Bali, on the beautiful Gili Islands. My boyfriend and I absolutely loveeee that island, but I’ll be talking more about that tomorrow, or I won’t stop raving about it 🙆 Also, how good is my boyfriend getting at photography? Most of the photos I have been putting up on Instagram from my trip have been taken by him, and I have to appreciate that cause he hates photography ...

That Blue Stripe Shirt…

Hello Lovelies, Let me start off today’s post wishing Ramadan Kareem to all those celebrating 🌙 Today I am going to be talking about stripes…those blue stripes…the ones you have been seeing everywhere….yeah those. See stripes have always been kind of like my kryptonite, I am like a butterfly attracted to flowers when I go shopping and see a good striped shirt (even though my sister keeps complaining that I have tons). And when they became the biggest (and most wearable) trend of 2017 I couldn’t be happier. The thing I have always loved about a stripped blue shirt is that they go with almost everything. It’s kinds of like a good white shirt that everyone should have in their closets.  There are so many variations these days – off-shoulders, crop tops, frills, statement sleeves – there is really something for all. I picked this one out with from Concrete ...

Summer wraparound skirts

Hey guys! Back with another post today! Am I the only one who doesn't know where this week disappeared to? Events and shoots have been taking up all of my time which is sad cause I have so many other things I have been wanting to concentrate on. Number one is to finish the book I am currently reading – The sun is also a star ✨. My boyfriend bought this for me the other day, and I am completely hooked because it’s one of those books that is so beautifully written, you want to highlight every single sentence on every single page! So moving on to today’s look. I shot this look during my stay at Grand Hyatt, which is honestly one of my favourite hotels in Dubai. Trust me I have been to quite a few, but the service and serenity of this hotel makes you feel like ...

Damsel in Desert wearing All Things Mochi

Hello loves, So we are back with a new post, yay!! Today I am featuring this amazing skirt that I got for my birthday from All Things Mochi! This past week has been a bit funny; I thought when I finish with University I’d be able to jump the content creation waggon immediately…but I haven’t. It’s just that the past two months have been so stressful and tiring because of my finals that all I wanted to do was sleep and watch Korean shows! Haha don’t judge 🙆 But enough of a break, I can’t keep you guys hanging any longer, so it’s time to get back to work! Today I am finally taking out the time to talk about this look which has been a longggg time coming, sorry about that 🙈 I got this skirt for my birthday because honestly the minute I saw it I was sold ...

Let the sleeves do the talking – FFWD

Hello Lovelies, Hope you guys are having a great weekend! I just got done with my classes, and I have been running around finishing up assignments and my dissertation. It’s so weird to think that I am almost done with university, wherever did 3 years of college go? Anyway, so March means a lot of fun things, but March also means Fashion Forward. I remember last year when I went for my first ever show I was so shy when it came to dressing, and I told myself that I am going to be more creative and daring next year and I did. And I am so happy with all the positive feedback I have been getting from you guys on Instagram; it encourages me to start stepping outside my comfort zone all the more! This look was pretty much a last minute thing, I had another outfit in mind ...
