Happy Sunday! Hope you guys have a great week ahead! Can’t believe it’s already March, where is this year disappearing to? And I am already 21? Time sure flies. Yes, that’s right, I recently turned 21 (yayyy 🎉), and it was awesome but more on that later! Today we are back with another fashion post, sorry about the lack of food and beauty posts, to be honest, with a campaign to plan, dissertation, assignments, events and blogging, there’s a lot going on right now, and I truly don’t want to write reviews half-heartedly!
Anyway, so today’s post is a rather simple look but on a budget 😉 I love Dubai, but I especially love Dubai for its sales, I mean seriously. And I am one of those people who goes into a store and literally ransacks the entire sale section till I come out victorious and I often do (#sorrynotsorry)
This jacket was one of those finds.
I remember walking into Zara long back and seeing a similar jacket that was absolutely stunning until I saw the price tag – 350 DHS!?! See if I was spending my money it’s a different story, but I am not, so I feel guilty and try to limit myself to a decent student budget. So when I found this jacket on sale at Miss Selfridge for 50 Dhs, how could I not buy it? It’s not as extravagant as the Zara jacket, but it’s a good alternative!
So I teamed up this jacket with my favourite ripped jeans (that apparently I wear all the time, and my family complains that I have worn it so much that the rips have started to get really ripped now, but don’t listen to them -.-). I was going to be out all day, but I still wanted to do a shoot, so I wore my go-to comfy wedge heels from H&M and my watch.
Jacket – Miss Selfridge
Jeans – Zara
Wedges – H&M
Anklet – A little random store at Bastakiya
Wow okay, I seriously have a thing for writing, I wrote all of this in 15 minutes 😂, sorry I just had to put that in there! Anyway, hope you guys enjoyed this look and make sure to follow me on Instagram and now TWITTER for more updates!
Thought of the day : Sales are good for the wallet 😂
